We are digging deep into non-fiction! The kids made their first non-fiction "research" booklets about weather.

 

 

We were SO blessed to have a fabulous guest teacher, Mrs. B! She got us into the Easter spirit by teaching us all about bunnies.

 

We also had the firefighters come and teach us about fire safety at home :) The kids LOVED it!

 

AND...dun dun dun...
THE CATERPILLARS ARE HERE!

 

We carefully chose caterpillars and gave them good names.

 

We observed them for days...

AND learned about Eric Carle and his art work.

We read The Very Clumsy Click Beetle and tried to recreate Eric Carle's work.
